This is Atomatik 3.9: Transforming workflow management with advanced automation features

Atomatik 3.9 is here and brings several features that take automation to new heights. This latest release mainly focuses on smarter resource allocation and simplified workflow orchestration. Whether you're managing complex robot deployments or seeking more flexible variable handling, version 3.9 delivers substantial improvements across the platform. Here's what you can expect in this update:

Smarter robot management with Master Robot

Version 3.9 features a completely revamped Master Robot. This enhancement allows robots to be automatically started or stopped based on pending executions, ensuring your robot licenses are utilized efficiently according to your business needs.

Centralized Process Variables for streamlined workflow configuration

One of our most powerful new features is the introduction of Process-level Variables. This functionality allows users to:

  • Define variables once at the process level instead of in each individual workflow

  • Have these variables automatically appear in all workflows linked to that process

  • Update variable values in one central location, with changes being applied to all connected workflows

This centralized approach eliminates redundant configuration work when the same variable needs to be used across multiple workflows. For example, if ten workflows need the same API credential or file path, now users only need to configure and update it once at the process level rather than maintaining it separately in each workflow.

Enhanced user experience with powerful new features

Atomatik 3.9 includes several user experience improvements:

  • A new predefined task to generate Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) codes, making it easier to log into applications requiring Google or Microsoft Authenticator.

  • A convenient "Cancel All" button in Control Room's Pending executions tab, allowing users to cancel multiple executions simultaneously.

  • Advanced scheduling that now uses local time zone configuration instead of being limited to UTC, giving users more intuitive scheduling control (existing schedules will remain in UTC unless recreated).

  • Enhanced notification system for schedules, allowing different email notifications based on execution outcomes (successful, failed, or business exceptions), with customizable subject, body, and distribution lists for each scenario.
