Our Story
Atomatik is an intelligent automation company built by the founders of RightClick Solutions, as a reaction to the real-life automation needs expressed by our customers. After more than two decades of helping top-tier global financial institutions automate time-consuming repetitive processes, we developed Atomatik as an industry-agnostic solution. Atomatik, a powerful enterprise process automation platform, frees employees and organizations from high-risk, low-return repetitive tasks.
You could say our team is obsessed with details. Prior to launching Atomatik in 2020, we spent years learning about the needs of business users first-hand by working with them directly. Atomatik was designed based on this experience and understanding what customers expect from automation, noting mistakes made by others, and learning how to avoid them. We’re not the new kid on the automation block. We are the company that does it better.

With over 20 years of experience running banking and automation software businesses Dmitriy co-founded Atomatik to bring the next generation process automation software to the market. Prior to Atomatik, Dmitriy had co-founded RightClick – a test automation software for financial services firms and ran a Capital Markets software product within Finastra prior to that
Alexandru Bararu
Head of Development
Alex has been leading engineering teams for more than 15 years. At the helm of Atomatik development, he oversees the organization's efforts to meet the highest standards for our products and customers. With a mix of technical and business skills, he plays a key role in several fields, from research and development through to ensuring optimal team communication.
Cristina Pene
Founder & COO
Cristina is in charge of operations and product development at Atomatik. Prior to co-founding Atomatik, she had co-founded RightClick where she looked after the company’s delivery function and operations. Cristina has also held a number of management positions at Finastra where she acquired extensive expertise in defining and implementing automation strategies.
Craig Nicholson
Chief Strategy Officer
Over a decade of experience being a digital transformation leader, Craig is strategically focused on supporting the executive team in determining, identifying, and executing growth opportunities. Craig is responsible for implementing the company's strategic growth plan to drive and determine the overall vision for the business.

Solution Architect
Ciprian is an experienced software solution architect with over 15 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has consistently built and demonstrated a deep understanding of software development principles and an ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure products. As Solution Architect at Atomatik, Ciprian works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
