The Solution

The Atomatik team partnered closely with Zhero Ltd to understand their existing patch management approach and explore where they wanted to take it next. Their process was already effective, but they saw an opportunity to enhance efficiency, strengthen visibility across sites, and create even greater consistency. With this vision in mind, our team designed an automated workflow that built on and bolstered what they already had in place. 

 

We deployed Atomatik’s digital SOC Analyst Agents and integrated them with Zhero’s monitoring and asset management platform, N-central (particularly focused on patching and reporting). From there, the agents automatically collected device information across Zhero’s locations and reviewed each system for available software updates. In cases where approved patches did not install as expected, Atomatik’s agents applied them automatically and monitored their execution, reducing manual work and enabling Zhero Ltd to maintain a consistent, scalable patching routine.

The Results

Zhero Cybersecurity & IT Support significantly improved its operational efficiency and key performance indicators as a managed service provider, benefiting from increased transparency into their workflows.

 

Implementing Atomatik enabled them to reduce manual workload, by delegating the highly manual process of patching to digital SOC Analyst Agents and allowed staff to focus on higher-value activities.
